Nature of Services

Living Whole Studio provides:

• Integrative coaching

• Advanced care planning

• End-of-Life Doula support (non-medical)
   

All services are non-clinical and non-medical and do not replace clinical therapy, medical care, mental health treatment, legal advice, or financial planning. Living Whole Studio does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental or physical health conditions.
 

Working with Clients Nationally and Abroad

Living Whole Studio offers coaching and doula supportive services to clients both within the United States and internationally. All services are provided from the state of Georgia and are intended for personal growth, life transitions, and supportive guidance only. Services do not constitute medical, mental health, or legal care. Clients are responsible for ensuring that participation in Living Whole Studio services is permitted under the laws and regulations of their own state, country, or jurisdiction.
 

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and well-being. Coaching, planning, and doula support services are intended to provide reflection, guidance, and emotional support, but you remain fully responsible for how you apply insights or suggestions. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or a medical emergency, please contact local emergency services or a licensed medical or mental health provider immediately.
 

Scheduling and Cancellations

Scheduling and rescheduling / cancellation guidelines will be provided at the time of booking or outlined in individual service agreements. Living Whole Studio understands that unexpected situations can arise and aims to handle schedule changes with compassion whenever possible. Any applicable fees will be clearly communicated in advance.
 

Payments and Refunds

Payment is required according to the terms of the specific service or package purchased. As a small business, Living Whole Studio maintains a no-refund policy once services are booked or packages are purchased.
 

Intellectual Property

All website content, written materials, exercises, and session materials provided by Living Whole Studio are the intellectual property of Living Whole Studio and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
 

Website Use

You agree not to use this website for unlawful purposes or in a way that could damage, disable, or interfere with the website, its services, or its security.
 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Living Whole Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services or use of this website.

All services provided by Living Whole Studio are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any legal matters related to these services will be handled under Georgia law and within Georgia courts, regardless of where the client resides.

Living Whole Studio may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
