FAQs

1. Who is Whole Living Studio for?

Living Whole Studio supports two kinds of journeys: 1) those moving through seasons of uncertainty, anxiety, feeling stuck, or personal and family transitions; and 2) those seeking guidance around legacy, life wishes, and preparing for the dying process. Many clients come simply because they're experiencing something in life that feels challenging or like it’s changing, and they don’t want to navigate it alone.

2. What is Integrative Coaching?

Integrative coaching is a whole-person approach that blends reflection, emotional processing, body-aware practices, and CBT-informed tools in a non-clinical setting. We may explore past experiences, current challenges, and future hopes, always at a pace that feels supportive and respectful.

2a. How is coaching different than therapy?

Living Whole Studio offers non-clinical coaching and supportive services. While our work can feel deeply reflective and healing, it does not replace clinical therapy, mental health treatment, or medical support. If you are seeking clinical mental health care, LWS encourages you to connect with a licensed provider.

3. What is End of Life Doula Support?

EOLD support offers non-medical emotional and practical support during times of serious illness, caregiving, dying, loss, and early grief. This work is rooted in presence, dignity, and honoring personal wishes and values, and is meant to complement — not replace — medical or hospice care.

4. What is Advanced Care Planning?

Advanced Care Planning are a series of conversations that help you think through future care, personal wishes, and the decisions families often face during illness, aging, and end-of-life. We focus on helping you clarify what matters to you and how to communicate that to the people who may one day need to make decisions on your behalf. This service does not replace medical or legal planning, but it helps you prepare emotionally and practically for what lies ahead.

5. Do you work with clients outside of Georgia or the U.S.?

Yes. Many services are offered virtually, and I work with clients around the world. All services are provided from the United States and are non-clinical in nature.
