Integrative Coaching at Living Whole Studio supports the everyday work of being human — navigating patterns, emotions, and life transitions while you are actively living your life. This whole-person, non-clinical approach blends reflective depth with practical, CBT-informed tools to help you make sense of where you’ve been and move forward with greater clarity, purpose, and self-assurance.
 

What to Expect in an Integrative Coaching Session:
 
  1. Safe, Supportive Space:
    Clients are welcomed into a compassionate, judgment-free environment where they can process thoughts, emotions, and life experiences at their own pace.
     

  2. Healing and Self-Discovery:
    By exploring and reframing past experiences, clients gain insight and clarity. CBT techniques such as cognitive restructuring and reframing help shift limiting thought patterns, while holistic methods like self-reflective inquiry promote deeper emotional healing.

     

  3. Empowerment and Growth:
    This process supports clients in identifying personal strengths, shifting self-limiting beliefs, and building resilience. The combination of CBT tools and holistic techniques encourages personal empowerment and clarity.

    Practices like journaling, mindfulness, and energy work are paired with CBT-based strategies to help clients identify thought patterns, process emotions, and create positive behavioral shifts.

Initial Session:


All sessions are 90 minutes to allow for a deeper, more intentional exploration of where you are on your journey. Our initial session will give us the opportunity to see if this process feels like the right fit for you. The initial session cost is a sliding scale of $180-$250, and payment is accepted by Venmo or PayPal.
