Scheduling & Session Policies

Living Whole Studio values your time and commitment, and I also ask that you honor the time and care reserved for you in each session. Because this is a small, heart-centered practice, the following policies help ensure sustainability and fairness for all clients.
 

Payments & Refunds

Payment is required according to the terms of the specific service or package purchased. As a small business, Living Whole Studio maintains a no-refund policy for sessions, packages, and services once they are booked or purchased.


Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made more than 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled without penalty, subject to availability.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or missed appointments (no-shows), may be charged in full and are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.

These policies reflect that session time is reserved exclusively for you and cannot typically be filled on short notice.


Packages and Multi-Session Services

For packages or multi-session offerings:

  • Sessions must be used within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase, if applicable. Please confirm your timeframe with your practitioner.

  • Unused sessions are not refundable.

  • Rescheduling policies still apply to individual sessions within a package.
     

Emergency Consideration

Living Whole Studio recognizes that life does not always follow a schedule, especially during times of illness, caregiving, or unexpected loss. In rare circumstances, compassionate consideration may be extended at the discretion of Living Whole Studio. Any such considerations are not guaranteed and are handled thoughtfully on a case-by-case basis.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
